Dear Patty, My home consult with you on February 16, 2012 was a wonderful experience. You listened to my concerns in regards to a west window that was generating heat. I had an idea what type of shade and color I wanted, and you were sensitive to my wants. You were able to suggest to me waffle blinds that would be energy efficient and within a price range that worked for me. Since this was a double window I also needed these blinds to be independent of each other not one blind. A color was agreed on and the order was placed. When the blinds arrived I was surprised with one top bar with two independent blinds. The extra mile was taken to make this work in a more efficient manner. I was thrilled with the outcome.
