Stephanie is a local mom and proud owner of Budget Blinds of Naperville, which she founded in 2005. With an entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for design, she set out to build a business that allowed her the flexibility to be her own boss while raising her family in Naperville. Nearly two decades later, Stephanie continues to love what she does—helping local homeowners and businesses transform their spaces with beautiful, functional window coverings. Beyond her work, Stephanie resides in southeast Naperville with her husband, three children, and two dogs. They are active members in the Naperville community, church, and events with friends and family. 

Having been in the field for the past 10 years, Kate brings her passion for providing design solutions for her customers along with her interior design background to Budget Blinds. Updating your home can sometimes feel overwhelming. Kate tries to eliminate the stress so clients can enjoy the process, while having some fun exploring new trends and ideas. Kate is a local mom who lives in Naperville with her husband and two daughters and we can’t forget her Boston Terrier, Knox.  When she isn’t on design calls for us, Kate is very active in the community and I’m sure you’ll see her around town in the Budget Blinds van!  

Leslie assists our clients with their custom window treatment selections right in their home. She will help create the perfect window, using the latest products and styles. Our customers rave about Leslie's warm, bubbly personality and approach to helping her clients. There is rarely a day that goes by where she does not meet someone she knows. We love having Leslie's enthusiasm and deep community connections as part of our team!

Becky is our office manager extraordinaire! She's a vital part of our team, managing our schedules, coordinating with vendors, making sure we all stay on track...and everything in between. Her work touches every part of our day-to-day operations, and we truly couldn't do it without her. With over 15 years of experience in customer service and strong ties to the Naperville community, Becky is an invaluable part of our team.

Nikki has been a valuable part of our team for over three years. She's the friendly face keeping our showroom organized, running smoothly, and always ready for our customers. When it's time for installation, Nikki takes care of all the details to make sure everything runs seamlessly.

When not at work, she loves spending time in her garden or diving into her latest DIY project.

Customer service is Julia's top priority! She's dedicated to making a positive impact every day and loves collaborating with the team to create the best experience for our customers.

Outside of work, she enjoys diamond art painting and spending time with her 18 beloved pets!
