Budget Blinds Owners - Jim and Elaine Trotter
After more than 20 years in the corporate world, we decided to pursue a life-long dream of owning a business together and purchased Budget Blinds of Brandon in October 2008. The previous owners were pioneer Budget Blind owners in the state of Florida and Marion still remains active in the business as a design consultant. Together Budget Blinds has served over 9000 customers the Greater Tampa area for over 17 years. We chose Budget Blinds because of their strong business model, quality products and outstanding corporate support. Budget Blinds has been ranked #1 in the window covering industry since 1996 and in the top 20 for financial strength 3 years in a row - #2 in 2011! We have been able to expand the business by hiring new design consultants and expert installers. Needless to say, we are very pleased in our new career path and enjoy working in our wonderful community. We are active members of Van Dyke Church, Brandon Chamber of Commerce,Central Pasco Chamber of Commerce, North Tampa Chamber of Commerce, Contribute to Habitat For Humanity and are accredited with the BBB. Jim loves to relax on the golf course and is an avid sports fan. Elaine is a lover of all things organic and enjoys writing for various publications. You can find both of us working out together in the early morning at LA Fitness.
