Level of service was fantastic, even making two trips for installation when one blind was delayed (through no fault of yours), just so I could have the blinds installed in my family room before Christmas. I really appreciated the little things - replacing my window crank handles with folding versions that do not interfere with the blinds, protecting the floors before installation, taking all of the packaging materials with you! I am very happy with the quality of the shades, much better than some of the samples I saw when comparison shopping. Additionally, some of the competitors could not provide the blinds in the configuration I wanted, which you had no problem with. I was also pleasantly surprised by the pricing, with no 'hidden' costs for measuring and installing. I didn't find a better deal when comparing to other suppliers.
