We are Tim and Kim Long and have been married for 25 years. Together, we have owned and operated the Chico/Paradise Budget Blinds franchise (serving all of Butte, Glenn and parts of Tehama Counties) for the last 9 years. We pride ourselves in customer care and make sure every detail is covered from the initial greeting on the phone to the FREE In-Home Consultation, to the installation AND for life of your window treatment.
