Budget Blinds Serving Chilliwack

• Dear Budget Blinds: Recently we became acquainted with you at the Chilliwack Home Show & indicated our interest in blinds upon our return from our trip. We stopped in to see you upon our return and discussed our measurements with an approximate price quote created by you. Within a couple of days you came out to do final measurements, prepared the final quote, and indicated a delivery & installation schedule of 2 to 4 weeks. In 10 days you were in contact with us to arrange a suitable time for installation as the finished products had arrived. Your installer arrived to provide the installation. I must commend him from several fronts: 1. Congenial and friendly upon arrival. 2. Well organized as he brought in material, unwrapped it & took away the garbage, placed each piece by the appropriate window, had his tools and screws ready in each area to perform the installation. 3. Upon completion, he made sure there was no mess left, & then performed a final inspection of his product and installation. 4. He discovered a valance that was damaged, & 2 that needed final mitering to which he indicated he would have completed the next day. 5. The next day he contacted us to indicate that everything was ready for final installation, & that all we need do was contact him to arrange a suitable time. The reason I have taken so much time to detail this positive reference, is that when I see a company who is so well organized & committed to Customer Satisfaction, it must be put in writing. Please continue to do what you are doing, as well as ensuring that your installer is provided our kudos.

• Hi There, I just wanted to send a note because I believe a job well done should be recognized. Recently I had blinds installed at my new home. First Ron came and, thank goodness, walked me through the process. For sure I would have ordered the wrong color. He gently steered me away from white and was so VERY right. I love my sandblast colored blinds! They are exactly as he said they would be. Non intrusive. They're just there but you still see my beautiful view. Next the installer came to install them. What a nice guy! He was pleasant, sweet and funny and I enjoyed the time he was here. He did a fantastic job and again I say how much I LOVE my blinds.
