We would like to thank you for your assistance to date. As we update our home our window covering requirements move from room to room. In the past we have consistently ordered wood shutters from a local manufacturer. This time we requested a quote from you and in turn placed the order. From our first meeting you have not failed to please us. While the wood shutters are comparable to those we already have your experience in other design ideas was of the greatest benefit. We have been plagued with finding an appropriate solution as how to keep our family room and kitchen efficiently warm. The problem was our glass solarium provided an energy sucking cold draft which could only be combated by inefficiently raising the heat in the rest of our living area. As gas and electricity prices continued to rise so too did our monthly bills. Your immediate suggestion was the installation of a vertical cellular shade with an energy efficient rating of R5. With that being installed the cold draft problems disappeared. What a good suggestion and it looks great too! Your follow up and assurance that we were suitably satisfied was not overlooked.
