Service Guarantee & Manufacturer Warranty
Budget Blinds of East Colorado Springs is an independently owned and operated business. Service Guarantees are provided to our customers for one year from the date of purchase, and cover basic service repairs for blinds purchased from our franchise. Any services provided to customers beyond the 1 year purchase date and customers of other franchises will incur a $55 service fee, Monument and Palmer Lake $65. Manufacturer Warranties are from the manufacturer only. We advise our clients of these warranties in the event that they would ever need a blind repaired or replaced. These warranties are limited per each product and manufacturer. We will honor any manufacturer warranty per their guidelines and within the service guarantee as indicated above. If you no longer have an effective service guarantee with our franchise or you are a customer of a different franchise, there will be a $55/$65 (respectively) charge per trip to your location to repair or replace your blind.
