I recently made a call to Budget Blinds to have some of the cords replaced on my pleated shades that I had purchased from a vendor that is no longer in business. Joe Grzelak visited my home to evaluate my concern. The minute he arrived he was very customer friendly. He ended up replacing 2 cords and looking at still another shade that would not close evenly. He spent at least a half hour trying to make the shade drop perfectly. I apologized for taking so much of his time, but he continued to say “not a problem, that is what I am here for”. The shade now works perfect. I was so impressed with Joe’s customer service!! He left my home asking if there was anything else he could do for me and also said good-bye to my little dog Dexter.
