Thanks so much for your help with our new blinds. The difference to temperature is very noticeable. With our western exposure Florida Room, the afternoon sun made the room unusable from 2:00pm - 7/8:00pm. With these blinds, our room is comfortable throughout the day. I was appreciative of Colin and Nancy's research to help us pick out the right blinds. If we had chosen the alternative less expensive blinds we would have paid for something that did not suit its purpose and would have been money poorly spent.

We had several interior door handles that presented difficulties for installation of the Plantation Shutters. Colin worked closely with the factory by providing digital photos and engineering sketches of the door handles, and this liason allowed the factory to develop some nice engineering drawings in AutoCAD format for our review and approval. There wasn't any additional costs for this service.
