I called Brad for a quote about 6 months ago. He came over and helped me choose out the style/color etc that I wanted. I was doing different home projects at the time and he advised that I wait until after painting to install the shutters. Just about 1 month ago I was ready for the shutters and called him back to order them. The price was still the same and he still had my information on file, so there was no need for him to return. He simply ordered everything and when it came in about 3 weeks later he called and set up an evening appointment with me so I wouldn't have to miss work. He and his son installed everything in about 2 hours and it looks beautiful. He made it very clear that if I had any problems at all to give him a call and he'd be happy to stop by and take care of it right away. This experience was exactly how we all hope these experiences turn out to be! I will definitely be calling him back someday to do the bedrooms next

Brad is an absolute winner. He is both professional and friendly. He makes you feel very comfortable right from the beginning of the process. He walked me through every step of making the choice of shutter type that would be best for my locations, gave me lots of options for frame styles. He helped figure out a way to install shutters in a very thin window next to my front door and also did some measuring and additional estimates for windows I thought I might want to do in the future. His estimate was spot on and the shutters arrived right on time. He removed all the current old window treatments for me and asked if I wanted to keep them and, since I did not, he offered to dispose of them for me. The final look of everything was perfect and I have never been so happy with anyone's service before. Brad is a very professional workman, but he is also a very kind and caring person. He returned my initial call within minutes, scheduled an appointment at my convenience, arrived promptly, spent a good amount of time with me explaining options, warranties and the like, and created an accurate estimate. He is so good at what he does that installation took only about an hour. Our windows look great! When I made the request I thought I wanted draperies, but when he came out he had several different options of what I could do to achieve the darkening effect. He was very prompt in making the appointment and polite. He brought good ideas and ideas that would save us money. He actually saved us half the cost! We were able to use our Angie's List discount. He returned with the order completed within a week and installed them and cleaned up neatly. It was just a pleasure dealing with this man and this company.
