He personally came to do the free 'in-church' consultation the same week I called, was available throughout the process by phone or email, and went out of his way to answer questions, share information and educate about product for decision-making. Excellent service was always provided by those on the other end of the phone. They were helpful, courteous and available, and quickly passed messages to Michael when a message had to be left. Installation for a dozen large windows was accomplished the same week the shades were received from the manufacturer, and in one day by Michael, personally, and his wonderful father/assistant. Without reservation, I wholeheartedly recommend Budget Blinds of Herndon!!
