Since 1996, Budget Blinds has been serving Lincoln, Waverly, Seward, Hickman and other Southeastern Nebraska communities. Budget Blinds is locally owned and operated by Lincoln residents Scott and Susan Thayer. A native of Southeastern Nebraska, Scott is an avid Husker football fan. Susan hails from Lincoln; she loves spending time with their two young children and is an expert on window covering safety.
