Tara Anderson purchased the Vancouver Island Nanaimo franchise and the neighbouring Comox Valley and Cowichan Valley franchises. She saw an opportunity to move and make the switch with her four daughters to island living. She is passionate about giving back to the communities the business services, and is an active member of many local community groups and charities.

Michelle is a people person, who enjoys seeing her client's homes and business's transformed! Her favorite part of the job is hearing her client's story's, getting to know them as well as the rest of her community! Michelle was originally from the mainland but jumped at the opportunity to work on Vancouver Island when the position became available with the Anderson's. When Michelle isn't working her passions include 4x4'ing, spending time with her husband, step children and dog, and running marathons!

Rebeccah wasted no time after Secondary School to move to Vancouver and discover her passion for Interior Design. This is where she studied at Visual College of Art and Design and received her Interior Design Diploma in 2012. She then joined the Budget Blinds team and is not only a design consultant, but also sales manager. Outside of her career, she is passionate about nature and loves spending time outdoors enjoying the island lifestyle, which reflects back in her design aesthetics.
