Roy Wagner
Roy Wagner is a native of Pennsylvania. He graduated from Penn State with an Environmental Resource Degree. His environmental background was used extensively in the construction materials industry. Roy served in various positions from Operations Manager to Business Development. His career gave him the opportunity for extensive travel through the US and overseas. He spent 1 year in China and various amounts of time throughout the Caribbean. Roy obtained his MBA in 2002. Roy purchased his Budget Blinds franchises in March 2005 after living in Colorado for a short time. He is married to Diane and has two daughters and 1 Chocolate lab.
