• I called Scott from Budget Blinds for an estimate on my blinds, they were very professional and prompt. He sent someone the next day at our convenience to show samples, the fabrics are of excellent quality and no pressure to buy. Blinds were measured and estimate was given I was surprised how affordable they were I had 19 windows! Scott stayed in touch with me throughout the entire process! The service provided was exemplary and very professional. They accommodated my schedule and I had my blinds for the Christmas holidays. I highly recommend this company and we will use them again. • Hi Scott, The blinds look terrific and the mechanisms are so smooth. We have tried a lot of blinds across all price points so we should know! I really appreciate everyone involved in the whole process. Setting up my appointment with you on the phone for a consult was easy and quick and pleasant (rare these days!). When Mark came to measure for the blinds, he was on time, efficient and super-friendly. The whole process might have taken 15 minutes. And finally, when your expert installer Richard came, he was terrific. On time, pleasant, and had friendly conversation with me and my children. He was quick at the installation and meticulous about picking up any and all bits of trash. When I expressed my disappointment that the installation was mounted flush with the window casing, and that I thought I had made it clear that I wanted the blinds mounted inside the window "box" up against the window, he did not bat an eyelash. Not a trace of negativity. He just had me call you while he took some of the trash to his van, came back in and was already preparing to make it right. When there was no easily accessible electric outside, he hand-cut the valances to fit inside the window "box" for all windows and did so with precision. Richard just solved the problem and was clearly operating under the mission to please the customer. I think it took him less time to install these blinds the second time. The whole experience was awesome, and refreshing given the lack of customer service in the retail business prevalent today in the US. Most importantly, I love the blinds, they look great and they operate great. Thank you so much and please pass along my thanks to your team! Have a wonderful weekend...
