We recently purchased 2 sets of Signature Standard wood blinds for our basement along with two sets of Signature, 3/8" single cell light blocking blinds for upstairs. The blinds arrived quicker than I could have hoped for and were installed professionally and quickly, complete with valances. I am absolutely delighted with the performance, appearance and functionality of these new window coverings. The light blocking blinds were purchased for our children's rooms and do an excellent job of blocking out absolutely all light. We have purchased 'light blocking' blinds in the past and none have worked to near the degree that the Signature cells have. My children sleep much more peacefully now and are not disturbed even while sleeping during the day. We are thrilled with the results and can not express how amazed we are with their performance. The wooden blinds were purchased for both a spare bedroom and a computer room in the basement. These blinds dramatically changed the appearance of the computer room, instantaneously making the area appear more open, warm and professional...like an actual office. There was a large selection of colours, styles and blind widths to help adapt to any room design, colour or structure. I was able to match the colour of the wood blinds to the various rooms they were going into. We were treated with wondrous sincerity, respect and professionalism. The staff at Budget Blinds are caring, supportive and very enthusiastic and knowledgeable about their products. There was not a question that could not be answered or addressed by Mr. Waterfield when we sat and did the initial home quote. It is amazing to see how these blinds have enhanced the esthetic appearance of our home. March 11, 2009 My husband and I are completely thrilled with our purchase of three Signature Series wood blinds from Budget Blinds. Mr. Waterfield came to our home at a time that was convenient for us, showed us various samples and talked about the pros and cons of a number of window coverings my husband and I were interested in. The experience was interesting, informative and we never felt pressured into making "on-the-spot" choices. I thought we would have to settle for blinds that were either too heavy, didn't fit well or had no warranty and was happily surprised to find that we could have all the things we wanted at a price we could afford. We are very impressed with our Budget Blinds that we had installed in November 2008. Paul was very efficient when coming out to do our free estimate and as well as when he installed our blinds. It was nice to have someone else do all the measuring and their blind selection at Budget Blinds is amazing. It was also a pleasant surprise not to have to wait 4 to 6 weeks before the blinds were in. I believe it took approximately 2 weeks from the day we ordered the blinds to when they were installed.
