Solar powered motorized rollers
We've got more options for windows that are out of reach. Shown here are motorized rollers with attached solar panels to keep them charged!
Wood Blinds with Euro Headrail
Horizontal wood blinds are much lighter than faux wood and have some fantastic stain options. Norman's SmartPrivacy system gets rid of the route holes. Ditch the valence and pair with the euro headrail for a more contemporary look!
Faux Wood Blinds
White faux wood blinds give the best mix of adjustability, flexibility, and low cost. We can get rid of the route holes, provide lots of valence options, and optional 2.5" slats allow a better view. Better and lighter materials allow for a long lasting product even in large windows!
TDBU Cellular shades
Privacy without blocking all the light, a huge variety of colors, the ability to mount on any window or door, a soft look without drapery, no cords, and 2-4x the insulation value of the window? You want top-down bottom-up cellular shades!
There aren't many other choices for an operable solution in an oddly shaped window.
Building or remodeling? Save some $ and skip the window trim. Let us install it as part of your new shutters!
Solar shades with fabric wrapped cassettes made this excellent sunroom even better!
Norman Shutter with Arch
There's a few ways to go about dealing with a specialty shape such as an arch, but none as elegant as a shutter. This one shows off 2.5" louvers with invisitilt, a bifold on the lower section, and operable lovers on the arch, in a soft vanilla color.
Shutters can match up with most any shape, and look spectacular in a bay window!
Don't want to cover the whole window? A cafe shutter can cover the lower half, or as much as you wish. Shown here are small, direct mount (no frame, flush mount) panels with 2.5" louvers and invisitilt that look perfect with the existing trim!
Shutters increase curb appeal and provide excellent light control and privacy. These feature a split tilt, a no-cost, popular option to allow for closing the louvers on the lower part of the panels and preserving the view up high.
Shutters with asymmetrical swag and cascade
Here asymmetrical swag and cascade valences soften up our classic Norman Shutters. Shown with 3.5" louvers, invisitilt system, and split tilt to allow privacy while still preserving the view on the top half of the panels.
Shutters add value to your home while providing excellent light control and a lot of style. Shown here accenting a colorful room with 3.5" louvers and invisitilt system.
A neat twist on the cellular shade, the 2" "Hybrid Pleat" is great for a large window. And top-down-bottom-up of course!
Woven wood w/ turned headrail
For windows lacking a lot of mounting depth, a woven wood blind can still be a great choice. By rotating the headrail, the valence is still flush with the trim and looks great.
Top down - bottom up cellular shades allow soft light through but provide ultimate privacy, and we have hundreds of colors to choose from. There's no cords dangling, just grab the bottom or top rail and set it where you want it to be. They're kid safe, easy to take care of, and quadruple the insulation value of a typical window.
Norman Cordless Cellular Shades
Solar shades are perfect for sunrooms or anywhere that requires solar control without completely blocking the view. This install features a fabric wrapped cassette that hides the mechanism from all sides.
Roller shades typically offer more privacy, textures, and colors than solar shades while while still letting light in. This install features a flat valence for a flush look.
Verticals are one of the best ways to cover a wide span and/or exterior door. This install included the stately double round valence.
Manually operable, full black out honeycomb shade
