I have worked with Gary and Rebecca Fogleman on several personal and professional jobs. On a personal note, Budget Blinds placed shutters on the windows of my home. It was a wonderful experience from start to finish. Selecting the blinds was made easy by Gary and his staff, then the installation was professional and thorough. I have been enjoying my blinds for over 3 years now. Another project that Budget Blinds completed in my home, was custom window treatments and pillows in my master bedroom. I was so excited to learn that Gary and his team could use material that I already owned to match several upholstered pieces in my bedroom. On a professional note, Budget Blinds put blinds in the Quincy Garden Center when I was the President of the Board.
