I had not purchased window coverings for 25 years I was trapped in the 1980's. Driven by convenience and price I made an appointment with Budget Blinds. Joseph Leung was my consultant and I must say it was my privilege to work with him. He did not sell me anything, he spoke to me and explained what was available and he made me feel at ease, better than that he was extremely patient. Joseph brought with him many samples for me to look at and I finally made a decision WOOD BLINDS. At that time I was waiting to get my house painted but the painter was behind schedule a bit so Joseph kept my blinds at his home until my house was painted. How awesome is that, you would never get that kind of service any where else? Joseph is professional, helpful, informative and kind.
