Every experience with Budget Blinds was very professional and both times the employees came to my home they were on time and prepared. I have already had several people comment on how great the panel track looks and on the wood blinds as well. We tell them how much we love them and recommend Budget Blinds every time. After getting the quote from Budget Blinds we checked online at Blinds.com and Menards for similar products. There were window coverings out there for less cost, but they were not as high a quality as the ones we purchased from Budget Blinds and we would have had to install them ourselves. In a couple of instances, Budget Blinds was less expensive even with installation than what we found online.

Price was a little more expensive than Home Depot or another do-it-yourself location but the selection made up for that. We were also excited that we didn't have to install them ourselves as we have never done that before and knew it would be a challenge. The in-home consult was great because my husband and I were able to schedule it on our own time. She was also very flexible with our decision-making process, showed us various different options and let us take our time when making final decisions. It is nice to actually have the samples in your house to put them up to the paint and wood trim to find a style and color that fits our house. Compared to other retailers, the in home consultation was very informative and very easy going. It was nice to have samples of all different types of window treatments to hold up next to my walls and trim and also feel the quality. I never felt rushed with Theresa and I never felt like she was talking down to me as I don't know much about window treatments. She was very respectful. I also had a retailer tell me to go out and 'do some of the work...as in go shopping for whatever fabric I wanted.' This was right after I told her I didn't have a clue what I was doing or what would work with my décor.
