Our client was looking for a European look in her dining room with shutters. Here we installed a 2 1/2 in louver in a soft shell finish. These shutters are called a double hung shutters because they are 4 individual shutters in one window. We measured the bottom shutter so it would be the same height as the chair rail. With this effect she can keep the lower shutters closed and have the top ones open just above the rail.
These shutters also include the invisible tilt operating system to alleviate the need for a tilt bar. We also have incorporated a split tilt system for the shutters so there is more options with the louvers on how much daylight is to enter the room.
Here we covered the sidelights with shutters that have the ability to easily open for window cleaning. These are also the 2 1/2 inch louver in the soft shell finish.
Here is a picture with the sidelight doors closed. Also the split tilt and the invisible system were used for a cleaner look.
Another option that you can have is the café style shutter. Here we only covered the bottom half of the window.
These clients were looking for some added beauty and privacy in their master bedroom. We installed a 2 inch wood blind stained in a Mochachino finish. Because of the length of the window we utilized a 3 on 1 head rail giving it the look of one blind but has three independantly operating blinds. The blind also features a routless option which eliminates the pin holes and gives more privacy and darkness to the room. We also incorporated a 7 1/2 inch cornice to give it the final touch it so deserves.
In this kitchen we went with a beautiful 3 1/2 inch linen white louver shutter featuring invisible tilt. There are no visible bars to adjust the louvers, it is all built right into the shutter providing a cleaner look. This shutter also incorporates a split tilt operating mechanism which allows different sections of the shutter to move independently.
In this picture you will notice that we installed an arch that has the capability of opening and closing. This allows the customer to have as much or as little light entering the bedroom. We also installed 3 matching cellular blinds to give it a more complete look.
This customer likes the ease of a vertical blind but wanted one with a different look. As you can see that it has a textured look called Lexington Shadow Gray
In the master bedroom we installed a top down bottom up shade in the color Blue Moon in a 3/8 pleat and we also chose to have this as a corded option to make it easier for our client to open and close but is available in the cordless option! We then added another pole scarf using Catamaran Meringue and also used White Foliage tie backs.
The client in this home wanted shutters in an interior opening of the home along a stairway. We installed a 3 1/2 inch louver shutter on a track system. It gives the room a great amount of privacy along with a stunning new look to their home.
In this dining room we were going for a more formal look. We first installed Roman Shades in a White Sands fabric with cordless control to give a cleaner look. We then installed a pole scarf drapery over the Roman Shades in the color of Beverly. We also used Antique Pewter tie backs.
This client wanted to cut down the amount of the sun's blistering heat without blocking the view completely so we chose not to use a liner. We installed a woven wood drapery on 2 of his windows. These drapes feature a split stack with wands on both sides enabling to open or close both sides or to choose which side to open or close. The material is Delight Chestnut with Amber banding.
Here is another look at the woven wood drape on the larger window
Solar shades were used in this bay window in our clients kitchen. they didn't want to block the sun entirely but enough to keep the kitchen bearable during the hot afternoon sun.
Not your typical roller shade from days past. We have hundreds of different prints and colors to choose from which will leave anyone impressed. What a nice pleasing look to this dining area.
Here is the cordless roller shade completely closed giving the room a very pleasing and soft look while complimenting its surroundings.
In this bay window our clients wanted a different look both from the interior and exterior of their kitchen. We installed the Latour Dual Shade. With this shade you can position it as you wish it can be left down or raised but you also can adjust the shades to your desired openness.
Here is another look at the dual shades used in a dining room. They were also looking for the uniqueness of a different window covering
In this dining area the clients wanted the ability to cut down the sun slightly and have the ability to cut it down dramatically. We installed the Tri-Light shade that is 2 shades in one. It has a sheer layer on the top and a semi opaque for the bottom part of the shade. In this photo you can see it closed with the semi opaque option
In this photo you can see the tri light shade in different stages of openness. You control what you are needing for lighting. Yes it is a top down bottom up operation standard.
In this home the clients were looking for a solution to there skylights to cut down the hot sun. They were looking for a convenient way to cover the windows and have the ability to open if they desired. They didn't want to use a pole to open and close so we installed a motorized shade that will operate the 2 shades at the same time or individually.
The remote that we installed with the skylights is on the right. It is a wireless remote so no extra wiring is needed but with no worries about losing the remote with it being wall mounted. As you can also see that it maybe used for up to 4 window coverings.
In this home they wanted a Faux wood blind with a different look and as you can see it doesn't necessarily look like a typical blind. As you can see it gives the room a nice warm feel to the room
In this bedroom we place a Hobbled roman shade with a standard lining. In your home you can also have the same shade with a room darkening lining which will block the sun completely from coming through the shade. We have many different fabrics to choose from to give you a more formal look.
This solar shade was installed to curb the blistering afternoon sun. Its a 3% shading as you can see the customer still has the ability to see outside but it also dramatically cuts down on the heat of the sun. After it was installed you could actually feel the air conditioning again!
Also in the same bedroom the homeowner wanted the room arch and large window covered as well in the same style. The large window under the arch a vertical cellular shade which we split into two separate shades giving them the option of opening one side or another giving them greater flexiblity.
In this bedroom we installed a vertical cellular shade which is room darkening. It was a beautiful sunny day when it was installed. As you can see it is giving the homeowner a better chance of being able to sleep without the being awoken by the early morning sun
Here you now can see the shade closed half way brought from the top of the shade down to the middle of the window
So in this picture you can see it fully closed to give the most privay
In this house they wanted privacy utilizing a top down bottom up cellular shade. They have windows that tilt in for cleaning so we install a cordless shade with the cords off to the sides enabling them to still tilt in there windows.
This new home had 2 windows side by side which was to large for a single Faux wood blind. In this case we were still able to cover with 2 blinds on the same rail giving the look as one but with the versatility of two separate blinds.
This is the finished look with an upgraded valance that gives a beautiful look. The 2 blinds are independently operated without cords! But of course can be aligned to give it the look of a single blind.
This room was being plagued by the hot afternoon sun which they wanted something that would help keep the room cooler and to help ward against the harmful UV rays on their furnishings.
So we installed an energy conserving solar shade to help block the sun and cool the room while still being able to enjoy the outdoors.
In this master bedroom they have a large window with an additional transom window. The issue was their old window covering only covered the large window leaving the early morning sun to peek through the transomwindow. They chose to go with a 2 inch Faux wood blind to cover both windows.
Here you will see the transformation of the windows how we were able to cover both windows giving them the effect that they were looking for to block the early morning sun.
These kitchen windows are covered with Signature Series cordless, 3/4 inch cellular shades featuring the Galaxy Rawhide color.
