• I am writing this even before our dealings are complete! I am so pleased I can forsee no problems. The damaged blind I contacted you about was professionally installed several years ago by a custom blind dealer by contract with my mother. She had three rooms done. At the time I thought she paid too much and the installer was rude. (Nobody listens to their kid, but I think I may have been right!). Nonetheless, I called them when a replacement was required. They wanted to charge $35 for two simple measurements that they should have had on record. After about 5 phone calls to various other vendors, you were courteous enough to return my call, and while it took a while to connect, I am glad we did. Noone else was interested enough to return my inquiry. Calling back is important. Mary, you came to my house in a timely manner and on time. You assisted me by providing missing drapery hooks on the spot. You did not attempt to charge me a fee to show up and agree to have my business. Your firm is the kind of business I would go back to time and again and would recommend to any of my friends or family. You remind my of the type of businesses I grew up with where courtesy, respect and service were part of the price, not just product. I am not surprised to learn that you are successful and busy. You deserve it. Please feel free to use me as a reference. I have the sense that you won't need many references, but I would be more than willing to do so. You would get my highest recommendation. I'm actually hoping that I can talk my brother into changing some window treatments based on your great service. Maybe you could give my some ideas for the back sliding door area other than the existing vertical blinds? I would like something a little softer that would still be sunblocking in summer and heat retaining in winter. Send me an email.
