Dear Alyssa, Kim, Scott and Bruce: I STOPPED BREATHING... for a few seconds when I first saw my wooden shutters on our windows. There were tears of joy! Your team put a new look on our old windows. We keep finding ourselves walking into the living room just to stare at the shutters. We knew we wanted the plantation-style shutters. What we didn't know was the color, louver size, bi-fold, split tilt, invisible rail dividers and more. Your crew did an absolutely amazing job on helping us find the right selection for our wants and needs. The outcome was beyond beautiful. We now have gorgeous "window furniture" that gives us the advantage of complete darkness when the shutters are closed, maximum light with the bi-fold wide open, an alternative light with the shutters closed but the louvers open, or another option with some louvers open and some louvers closed. We appreciate this hardworking bunch! And we never met a group who work so well together. Thank you for being so kind and respectful to us... and our 3 Yorkie puppies.
