Hello, I wanted to take a moment to recognize two of your staff members. I worked very closely with Kristie and Trey did the installation. These are 2 very caring individuals who take great pride in their work and customer service. When I titled this EXPERIENCE, it was truly a very pleasant experience to work with both of them. From the initial contact with Kristie, prompt consultation appointment, time she spent with my indecision, and her interior design expertise, it was one of the easiest and most exciting things I have done to my home. She offered her opinions and seemed to know exactly what I was looking for..I do not have a creative mind, I only knew what kind of look I was shooting for and she made it happen. Also, the fact that she went above and beyond by bringing me a temporary shade for my daughter and family who was coming in before the permanent shades were in, meant the world to me. But that is just who she is. Trey, who installed the blinds, was absolutely fantastic and even came back to make an adjustment. I felt very confident with the two of them on site for the final completion. All too often, we only hear dissatisfaction and complaints. These two are a class act and I wanted to let you know how greatly I appreciated doing business with your company.
