A Sales Design Consultant with Budget Blinds involves showing people our beautiful window coverings and helping them select the best solutions for their homes. *Varies by franchise location

We’re looking for a passionate, driven Design Sales Consultant to join our dynamic team! If you have a flair for interior design, a love for sales, and enjoy making meaningful connections with clients, this is your chance to shine.

What You’ll Do:

  • Meet with clients to bring their window treatment dreams to life

  • Complete 2 to 3 in home consultations each day and close sales

  • Offer expert design advice on styles, colors, and materials

  • Use our intuitive CRM tool (Touchpoint – training provided!) to create stunning layouts

  • Measure accurately and present proposals and fine-tune designs based on client feedback

  • Stay on top of the latest design trends to inspire your clients

  • Close in-person home appointments , highly qualified leads provided

  • Quota carrying, no cold calling required

What You Bring:

  • Strong sales skills to showcase and deliver the value of your design recommendations

  • Fluent English communication for connecting with a diverse clientele

  • Design layout skills (a great eye for space and aesthetics)

  • Proficiency with CRM systems (training provided)

  • Knowledge of current market and design trends

  • Top-notch organization to juggle multiple projects effortlessly

Schedule:

  • 8-hour shifts
