    I am just trilled with our new Picasso Shutters! I want to thank you for a delightful experience it has been from meeting with Valerie (with her beautiful brown eyes) and her excellent suggestions. She gave me a 101 course on what to look for in shutters and also helpful advice on decorating our old house! We asked for two other bids and they were both lower than Valerie's bid BUT I was so pleased to know the different things like having the top and bottom work independently for light and privacy; having the hardware on the back for easy cleaning; putting the poly finish above the sink, et. The other two salespersons never mentioned these things. The men who installed the shutters were very professional, polite and excellent workers. My husband was fascinated at how easily they could caulk and finish up the installation! I went to peek in the kitchen and was moved to tears at how pretty and elegant the shutters are! We are an old couple and this is an hold house; we never know what the future holds or how long we will be able to live in this house that my husband helped build but we are so delighted to have this upgrade done now for us to enjoy!
