Customer service was excellent, installers were quick, knowledgeable and polite, and the installed blinds look great. Negative: deposit was $2/3 of the entire order where another well-know supplier who did my drapes and sheers only requested $1/3. I’ve never heard of paying 2/3 of an order up front. Further their day for installation was not flexible. Because I was in Ottawa when they offered to install “tomorrow”, I had to wait an entire week to get them. To reiterate, the blinds are very nice.
