He is also the local drapery expert, having been trained in all-things-drapery.  He pays attention to every detail that matters, making every project one that turns into something amazing!

David and Maria own Budget Blinds of Dubuque and their top priority is providing a 5-star customer experience.  We are easy to reach and respond quickly.   

When given the chance, David will jump on a wakeboard, go downhill skiing, or scuba dive!  Maria plays a few instruments and helps out with the church worship team and loves traveling. They both try to keep up with their four children.

Hi, my name is Amber Moffitt, and I am the Customer Experience Coordinator here at Budget Blinds! When you send in a request to set up a free consultation, I will walk you through the process of getting an appointment scheduled. I'm here to learn about your project and gather details about your window coverings needs so that our Design Consultant is well prepared for your appointment before they step through your front door.

Outside of work, i love spending time with family, friends, and my church community. I also enjoy being outdoors, walking our dog, playing sports, skiing, horesback riding, reading, thrifting, cooking, and weightlifting. There is so much in life to enjoy!

Calvin is a welcome addition to our team and brings a genuine enthusiasm for helping customers find exactly what they are looking for. Whether you walk in with a clear vision or just a vague idea, Calvin has a talent for asking the right questions and listening well enough to get you there.

He takes the time to understand your style, your space, and your budget, and makes the whole process feel easy. Customers leave feeling like they made the right choice, because Calvin doesn't stop until they do.

Outside of work, you'll find Calvin on the pickleball court with his friends or cheering on his Chicago Bears. Win or lose, he shows up ready to play.

Joseph has a keen eye for detail and a passion for helping customers find the perfect window treatments to match their style and needs. He enjoys guiding clients through options that blend function and aesthetics, making the process easy and enjoyable.

Outside of work, he spends his time tending to his saltwater aquarium, playing board games, and perfecting his grilling techniques. He and his wife, Ellada, enjoy traveling, trying new foods, and keeping life interesting with plenty of laughter and adventures.

Brad is fantastic part of our team! He is happy to be your solution finder when it comes to your window covering needs.  If you have no idea what you want, he is your expert.

He loves the design element of discussing options with you and will easily help narrow down your choices.  He uses his knowledge of all the options and has an amazing eye for color to find the right option that will fit your style, design, and budget.

Hello! My name is Sydney. In the office, you'll find me handling accounts recievable, coordinating installations and services, and checking our inventories.

One of my favorite things about being part of the Budget Blinds family is hearing how our products make life easier for our customers while also bringing a room together. It's so rewarding to see how we can create spaces that are both comfortable and stylish.

Outside of work, I enjoy crafting, baking, serving at my church, and spending quality time with my family.

Hi, I'm Elizabeth! I help keep things running smoothly at Budget Blinds by working directly with customers, answering questions, organizing files, and scheduling appointments. I also manage our website and social media, create content, and capture photos of our beautiful work and installers in action.

Outside of work, I enjoy running, playing basketball, traveling, and spending time with the people I love. Above all, I'm grateful for my relationship with Jesus and the opportunity to live each day with purpose and joy!

One of my favorite parts of my job is working on a variety of unique homes and seeing the satisfaction of our customers when the project is complete. I take pride in being detail-oriented, organized, and prepared, with a strong focus on completing each installation efficiently and to a high standard.

Outside of work, I enjoy sports, spending time with friends and family, and staying active. I value hard work, not giving up, and having fun while doing it.

I really enjoy working at Budget Blinds and installing quality window coverings in customers' homes. I love seeing the difference new shades can make in a home. My favorite part of the job is seeing the customer's reaction when the installation is finished. Seeing them happy and excited about their new shades makes the job really enjoyable. It is rewarding to know that my work can help transform their home and make it feel more comfortable and complete. Outside of work, I enjoy staying active and working out, watching sports, and spending time outdoors.

I like working at Budget Blinds because I actually get to see the difference my work makes.  As an installer, I'm the one finishing the job and making sure everything fits, functions, and looks top-notch.  I enjoy the challenge of figuring things out on site and leaving customers happy with their new blinds or shades.  It's a good feeling driving away, knowing I made someone's home a little better.  Plus, the team here feels like family; we joke around, help each other out, and take pride in doing things right.  It's a combination of the hands-on work with a visible payoff alongside people I get to interact and learn from every day.

As the Commercial Lead at Budget Blinds of Cedar Falls/Waterloo, I oversee commercial window covering projects from estimating and field measurements through project coordination and installation. I take pride in building strong relationships with general contractors, project managers, and clients while delivering high-quality solutions for each projects's unique needs.

Outside of work, music has always been a significant part of my life. I enjoy playing guitar, bass, drums, and singing. My work ethic is driven by my faith, a commitment to excellence, a love for caffeine, and a desire to continuously improve.

Above all, I strive to lead by example, take ownership of my work, and bring a problem-solving, customer-first approach to every project.

I have been working in the family business for quite a few years now. I have done installations and also do administrative work behind the scenes making sure your orders get installed on time, get delivered properly, and that projects get wrapped up perfectly amongst all the other different details of each project! I enjoy the work environment and how we all know each other. It is always cool being in customers' homes, hearing about their lives, and seeing the different visions everyone has!

In my free time i love to grow my knowledge of skin, I am a licensed esthetician and love to work on skin! I am a new wife, enjoy running, lifting, cooking, going to church activities, hanging out with friends, traveling out of the country, and making homemade drinks like matcha and coffee as well!
