Budget Blinds is proud to include our No-Questions-Asked (NQA) Warranty on the majority of all new window treatments (see manufacturer list below). This warranty is only available through Budget Blinds and is included at no additional cost to the original purchaser for the original qualifying window treatment only. If, for any reason, within five years from the date of purchase, your product should be damaged after the point of installation, the manufacturer will provide a “no questions asked,” one-time repair or replacement, free of charge. This warranty covers the product only, and a minimal trip charge may apply for an installer to come to your home to repair or replace the covered product.
In the event of a product replacement, your replacement will be the same product, same size and same color/fabric as your original order (any change to product specs constitutes a new order), unless the material is no longer in stock, in which case a substitute material matching as closely as possible to the original will be selected. Note: the NQA warranty is lifetime for Enlightened Style products. Exceptions apply for some manufacturers, motorized, automated and exterior products.
