If you're considering where to purchase blinds for your home, you're in the right place. I recently purchased the Norman's Blinds through Budget Blinds and am thoroughly satisfied. Right from the beginning, Jason reached out to me, scheduled an appointment, met me at my home to show me their sample blinds and walked me through the process. Jason was well-informed, clean cut, and knowledgeable. It was already clear to me that I reached out to the appropriate company to do the job. On installation day, Jesse showed up with my blinds. He too, was cleaning cut, polite, and clearly knew what he was doing. Job well done! After a few days, I called to request that one of the blinds needed to be addressed. Jesse stopped by to fix the blind, but a part needed to be ordered. In the meantime, his co-worker Matthew, who was just as clean cut and polite as the others, came to the rescue to glue the handle to the wand. Approximately ten days later, the part arrived and Jesse stopped by with Bryant (his first day on the job) and the job was completed. Needless to say, I am very satisfied with the quality of the product and the entire team who played a role in this process from start to finish. Let me not forget Corita, who helped to coordinate various aspects of the installation. Corita was polite and very helpful...an excellent point person. Overall, I would highly recommend Budget Blinds for a job well done all around. Bravo!
