1) When you call, we will ask whether you have an iPhone (Facetime app) or Android (Zoom app) phone. We have also used Skype for those without a smart phone.

2)  Prior to the start of the virtual appointment, we will ask you to send us pictures of the windows along with rough measurements. (We will confirm final measurements before ordering.)

3) We will hold the virtual consultation showing you samples and swatches.

4) When all these steps are complete, we will be able to put together a quote specifically for you.
