    From the moment we decided to get "Shutters" for our new home & after researching different Shutters Vendors through customers reviews online & along with some from word of mouth. We chose three (3) companies to get "quotes" from, the first one "blew our socks off", the second one didn't instill confidence with their presentation, the third one didn't even keep their appointment! Getting back to the first company "Budget Blinds of Folsom" their salesperson STEVE KOCH, his presentation was informative, knowledgeable and energized plus the fact that Mr. Koch Cared & Loves his product, not only about making a sale but he makes you feel like "family." That's why we choose Budget Blinds and cannot wait until they are installed! Well, the shutters & window treatment are in and we totally love them. The installers are great, came in early morning to install shutters on 25 windows & window treatment on patio sliding door and were in & out in no time along with no mess. They were efficient and explained how the shutters could be adjusted and answered any questions we had pertaining to maintenance (care and cleaning) of our shutters.
