We contacted different providers of remote-controlled powered blinds to obtain information and price quotes. Since we live in a rural area outside of Houston, some were not interested, since their area did not extend that far. We located a couple of companies who were willing to come out to the house to discuss. Budget Blinds, one of the two companies, was enthusiastic about providing information, offering to bring samples of the different options on motors and different fabrics available. They were on time for the appointment and provided information and options for our 9 large windows. They were informative and provided input on our discussions that assisted with making a decision. They provided the best price, for the selected options, and gave an accurate estimate of delivery and installation. They showed up each time, on-time, with what they needed. Installation went smoothly. We experienced an issue with one of the motors and they ordered and quickly replaced it. Each time we called them, they were responsive and helpful. If we intend to do other windows, we will surely call Budget Blinds. Liz and Mark are friendly, personable and down-to-earth people, who do not engage is high-pressure sales/gimmicks.
