What a fabulous experience working with Shari at Budget Blinds! She is responsive, professional, knowledgeable and friendly. One thing I particularly liked was that she proactively presented multiple options at multiple price points, working flexibly within my budget and preferences. The blinds we got from her are high quality and very attractive. One thing of particular note - after doing our windows with her, we chose to work with Shari again to get custom shades installed on our skylights. There have been a couple of manufacturing issues with the shades, which may need to be replaced or repaired. Shari has been ON TOP OF IT every step of the way! With a custom product like this, once and a while you'll have a manufacturing issue - that's life. But what matters most is that you're working with someone who will act quickly to fix it and who will ensure that you are satisfied with the results and treated with integrity. Shari is that person. If you're in the market for blinds, do yourself a favor and work with Shari at Budget Blinds.
