I would just like to start off with the customer service person who answered my call for Budget Blinds. I forgot her name, forgive me. But let me tell you, at first I thought it was a computer generated voice answering for the company.😃 This young lady, she was sooo nice, very helpful, and courteous! Truly, when a customer finished talking with her, she’ll make you feel that you don’t need to go anywhere else to shop for blinds. Mrs Lumsden has a beautiful spirit, and a brand of customer service that stands only on the word “PROFESSIONAL“! Grade “A” Service, Top Notch, A 10!! Her knowledge and experience of bringing style, and elegance to your Windows is phenomenal! Mr Sailor / “THE INSTALLER,” not one, absolutely not one negative thought, word, or comment will anyone ever say about this young man! PROFESSIONAL, PROFESSIONAL, PROFESSIONAL! He’s a Jewel. My experience with Budget Blinds was the best! I got every one of my windows and doors done and kind of wish I had more to do. LOL! Just because of the relationship that was built and how fabulous my windows of my home look now! I’m going to missed this trio! She was knowledgeable about what made sense for our windows. Sailor was great. He knew just what he was doing when he came to install the blinds did a great job and took hardly any time at all.
