    I had an appointment scheduled for 10am June 12. The consultant never showed up and didn’t reach out to me by 10:35. I called the office number, spoke with someone about it, and within 2 minutes I received a call from the Consultant telling me he was at least 1 hour away from my location. As a first time customer I’m very disappointed by this. I made the appointment 5 or 6 days prior to the date, I stayed home to accommodate the consultation and he was a No Cal No Show. it’s very disappointing. i do recognize things happen and schedules run late sometimes, but it’s no excuse for not calling prior to the appointment time. If the Consultant was an hour away at 10:45, he should have known he could not make his 10am appointment and that alone should have prompted him to call.

    I recently purchased a cellular shade and eight miniblinds from Budget Blinds, and I am so pleased with the service, the quality of the materials, and the installation. Anton, who assisted me with the selections, not only was knowledgeable about the products available, but made valuable recommendations regarding the alternatives for the spaces which required window treatments. The measurements he took were exceptionally precise, as evidenced by the perfect fit of the window treatments. Scott, the installer, was equally professional and determined to provide quality workmanship. I highly recommend Budget Blinds, and intend to rely on Budget Blinds for needs that arise in the future.
