We had a great experience with Budget Blinds and would highly recommend them. We installed a combination of plantation shutters and roman shades throughout a new house (about 25 windows). The measurement process was efficient, yet they spent enough time with us to understand exactly what we wanted. They provided expert advice on all of the choices we needed to make. They also suggested a new roman shades product offering, to help us get what we want while also saving us a little bit to stay within our budget. With any house project, it is expected that there will be small bumps along the way - there are just so many parts and steps involved. What matters in the end is the quality of the product and the level of service along the way that makes the project go smoothly in the end. Being in customer service myself, I have really high standards for both product quality and service. Budget Blinds more than met my expectations. They kept me informed during the ordering and waiting steps, provided updates as we got closer to installation day, and scheduled installation day within 24 hours of receiving our product - amazing!!! And Julia (the owner) was here to help with installation and walked through the new product offering with us. After a few adjustments we really love the final product!
