Miguel was very helpful at our first meeting in deciding what worked best for our needs. He didn't pressure sell any product but brought up aspects such as light leakage or care. Ordered that day and got email record of work ordered, weekly status report then install came. He was the installer too. He was very knowledgeable about the product. I did notice one less trim piece, winds up that it didn't fit...so I was credited for it. Be prepared for 75% up front, no credit cards. Only downgrade, I had to notice absence of trim piece and ask about deducting for it. It looked beautiful as it was and once mentioned, he sent me an updated invoice and came back next day for check. Good experience
