I worked with Czarina on the sales team. She set an appointment and was punctual, answered all my questions and I couldn’t have asked for someone who was a great fit for what I needed, and what they could provide. Surprisingly my shutters and shades came in a few weeks earlier than expected. My installer was Anthony and he and his teammate were amazing. They did a great job in hanging all of the window treatments in a timely manner as well as throwing out all of the old wood shutters The shutters and shades are absolutely beautiful. I could not be happier. Lastly but by no means least, each one of the people I worked with were courteous, kind and above all else, listened to what I needed and gave me just that!!! I wanted to go with the local business and did and I couldn’t be more pleased with the whole experience. I would recommend them to anyone. In fact, I have a friend who is looking to do what I just did and I’m sure she will call you. Thank you so much for giving my home that extra beautiful touch. Again, I love them so much.

Good product, helpful designer but customer service could use some improvement. I had to keep reaching out for installation information and asked to follow up. Companies should follow up, not customers. Installed properly.
