Normally don't hand out 5 star ratings, but Budget Blinds of Southeast Toronto and the franchise owner, Karen Pemberton, exceeded my expectations for service. She responded to my call AND attended and measured for the blinds in my rental property WITHIN 3 HOURS ! Three of the 11 windows were custom sized but in spite of that, the custom blinds were delivered and professionally installed ahead of the deadline date. This level of service is almost unheard of in my experience in the remodeling sector in Toronto, where the norm is more like mediocre service, missed deadlines and often sloppy installations. Kudos to Karen and Budget Blinds of Southeast Toronto for her excellent design recommendations and professional installation of the 2" faux wood blinds. The blinds look great and were a cost effective and time saving alternative to doing the measurements, buying blinds and installing them myself, or having my general contractor do the install. I would not hesitate to recommend Karen to anyone requiring blinds professionally done and installed on time in central and east Toronto. Her pricing was also very competitive too !

I was able to book a consult with Karen P quickly. Karen arrived on time & fully prepared. She was very courteous, helpful, and efficient. After looking at samples she suggested, I was able to make a decision I was happy with. Karen measured everything & gave me timelines for when the blinds would be ready for install.
