Home #5: The End Game by Secor Homes
Located at the featured Serres Farms site in Oregon City, The End Game is a 5,130-square-foot modern home designed for everyday comfort and unforgettable entertaining.
Built by Secor Homes, the four-bedroom, four-and-a-half-bathroom residence features 12-foot ceilings, a dramatic linear fireplace and an expansive kitchen with professional-grade appliances, a butler’s pantry and an entertainer’s bar.
The lower level includes a golf simulator that transforms into a private theater, along with a pool table, shuffleboard, full bar and home gym. Outside, a large covered terrace and a private hot tub off the primary suite create opportunities for year-round relaxation.
Motorized Hunter Douglas Silhouette Window Shadings
Budget Blinds installed motorized Hunter Douglas Silhouette® Window Shadings in the primary bedroom, primary bathroom, kitchen, dining room and den.
Silhouette shadings feature adjustable fabric vanes suspended between sheer panels. They gently diffuse sunlight, soften glare and provide flexible privacy without completely hiding the views.
Motorization makes the shadings especially convenient throughout the home. They can be adjusted easily as the sunlight changes, whether the homeowners want to brighten the kitchen, create privacy in the primary suite or reduce glare in the den.

Home #8: Stillwater Vista by TimberRidge Development
Perched above Oswego Lake, Stillwater Vista is a private Lake Oswego retreat built by TimberRidge Development, a small family-run company focused on exceptional custom homes, premium materials and careful craftsmanship.
The 5,890-square-foot home features five bedrooms, six bathrooms, 20-foot vaulted ceilings and expansive walls of glass that showcase the lake views. A chef’s kitchen, full scullery, entertainer’s bar, wine cellar, fitness studio and sauna create a home designed for both relaxation and gathering.
A private neighborhood tram even provides direct access to a dedicated boat slip on Oswego Lake.
Budget Blinds was honored to work with TimberRidge Development and designer Brittainy Tiffany of Tiffany Home Design. Brittainy’s thoughtful styling combines natural materials, warm textures and refined details while allowing the home’s architecture and remarkable setting to remain the focus.
Motorized Woven Shades and Custom Drapery
In the primary bedroom, Budget Blinds installed motorized woven shades that add natural texture while providing convenient light and privacy control. The woven material complements the landscape and brings warmth to the room without distracting from the water views.
The dining room features custom drapery panels with elegant gold hardware. The fabric softens the home’s strong architectural lines, while the gold hardware provides a polished finishing detail.
Motorized woven shades were also installed in the mudroom and powder room. These smaller spaces demonstrate that practical rooms can receive the same level of thoughtful design as the home’s main living areas.

Home #10: Open Sky by Sitara Homes
Set high in the West Linn hills, Open Sky is a three-story custom home with sweeping views of the Willamette Valley.
The 6,794-square-foot residence is the flagship project of Sitara Homes, a boutique West Linn builder known for architecturally distinctive homes, intentional design and precision craftsmanship.
Open Sky includes five bedrooms, five-and-a-half bathrooms and spaces designed for gathering, wellness and everyday living. A dedicated wellness center features a private gym and steam shower overlooking the valley, while a patio and deck extend the main living area outdoors.
The expansive primary suite creates a private retreat within the home—and gave Budget Blinds the opportunity to combine several custom window treatments.
Custom Drapery and Textured Motorized Roller Shades
In the primary bedroom, Budget Blinds installed custom drapery paired with textured motorized roller shades.
The drapery adds softness, movement and a beautifully finished appearance, while the roller shades provide convenient control over sunlight and privacy. Their subtle texture adds visual interest without competing with the architecture or views.
Together, the two treatments create a layered design that feels warm, restful and sophisticated.
Motorized Horizons Woven Wood Shades
The primary bathroom features dramatic black shower tile, statement lighting and beautiful natural finishes. Budget Blinds selected Horizons woven wood shades made from natural reeds and grasses to complement those materials.
The shades were lined to provide necessary bathroom privacy, particularly after dark when uncovered windows can become reflective. Zigbee motorization makes them easy to operate without reaching across the bathtub or other fixtures.
The result is a window treatment that brings warmth and texture to the space while providing the privacy and convenience the room requires.

Home #22: The Inaugural HBA Home
Home #22 is unlike any other home on the tour. Located at Serres Farms in Oregon City, the inaugural HBA Home represents what the local building industry can accomplish when its members work together.
The home was built by Mountainwood Homes, with a floor plan provided by Pacific Lifestyle Homes on a lot developed by Icon Construction. Members of the Home Building Association of Greater Portland contributed products, services, labor and professional expertise to bring the project to life.
These contributions help support the HBA’s mission to advance housing and workforce development throughout the region.
Budget Blinds of Tualatin Valley and Oregon City donated all the home’s custom window coverings at no cost to the HBA.
Motorized Shades, Blackout Solutions and Custom Drapery
In the primary bedroom, motorized roller shades from Collections & Co—available exclusively through Budget Blinds—provide convenient light and privacy control. They are paired with custom drapery panels from the Inspired Drapes Collection, adding softness and a polished finishing layer.
Another bedroom presented a unique window configuration that required a custom solution. Budget Blinds installed a large Collections & Co blackout shade designed to cover the unusual configuration and create a more comfortable, restful environment.
The front bedroom also features custom drapery panels, while the laundry room includes a motorized roller shade from the Budget Blinds Signature Series Collection.
Motorized shades with convenient wand operation were selected for the kitchen, making them easy to adjust even on windows positioned behind countertops or other surfaces.
Every one of these window coverings was donated by Budget Blinds at no cost to the HBA. We were honored to join the many local businesses and building professionals who contributed their time, products and expertise to this meaningful project.
