Rob Piper has co-owned Budget Blinds of West Green Bay & Shawano with his wife, Kristi, since 2020. Before entering the world of window treatments, Rob spent 14 years running his own business as a heavy equipment mechanic. Looking for a new challenge, he made the leap into design—and hasn’t looked back since!

Rob takes great pride in helping clients find the perfect window coverings to complement their homes. His passion for quality and attention to detail shine through in every project.

Outside of work, Rob is an avid outdoorsman who enjoys walleye fishing and bow hunting.

He believes in running a business grounded in honor, integrity, grit, and exceptional customer service. As our trusted design consultant, Rob would love the opportunity to help bring your vision to life!

Kristi Piper, alongside her husband Rob, has proudly owned Budget Blinds of West Green Bay & Shawano since 2020. Before becoming a franchise owner, Kristi spent two years as a valued member of the Budget Blinds team. With a strong background in accounting, she now manages the company’s finances while also helping clients beautifully transform their homes with custom window treatments.

A lifelong dog lover and devoted family person, Kristi cherishes the opportunity to work in a family-oriented business. Her dedication, integrity, and passion make her an indispensable part of the Budget Blinds team.

Kristi is grateful to serve the West Green Bay and Shawano communities and looks forward to helping more families create spaces they love.

Sarah Herrick joined our Design Consultant team in early spring of 2025 and has quickly become a valuable addition to the warm, family-oriented environment we’ve cultivated. With over 10 years of experience in the design field, Sarah brings a wealth of knowledge and a refined eye for detail to every project she undertakes.

Her positive attitude and unwavering dedication make her a trusted resource for clients seeking the best design solutions. Sarah is committed to helping each client find products they love and creating spaces that feel complete and personalized.

Her goal in joining the Budget Blinds team is to make a meaningful impact by guiding clients through their design journeys with care and expertise. You can count on Sarah to go the extra mile and deliver results with excellence.

Outside of work, Sarah enjoys spending quality time with her husband and son. A strong believer in the importance of family, she moved to Wisconsin to be closer to her loved ones. She also has a passion for the outdoors, cross-stitching, and reading. Sarah is excited to build lasting relationships with her clients and looks forward to working with you!

Taigan Piper, daughter of Rob and Kristi, has been an integral part of the family business since 2020. After earning her degree in Mathematics from the University of Wisconsin–Green Bay, she chose to join the business full-time.

Taigan is passionate about connecting with customers and delivering exceptional service. As a key member of our office team, she assists with a wide range of responsibilities—from billing and product consultations to scheduling appointments and more.

Outside of work, Taigan enjoys spending time outdoors with her dogs, hunting and fishing, and making memories with her loved ones.

Jacob Piper, son of Rob and Kristi, has been contributing his skills to the family business since 2020. During the winter months, he joins the team to lend his expertise in installing window treatments. Jacob is known for being incredibly handy, quick on his feet, and highly knowledgeable about our products. You can always count on him to get the job done right!

When he's not working, Jacob enjoys spending quality time with his wife and two daughters. He also has a passion for the outdoors, especially hunting. We're proud to have Jacob as part of our team—his dedication and talent make him a truly valued member of our business family.

We’re excited to welcome Jake Moore as the newest member of our Budget Blinds of West Green Bay & Shawano family! Although he’s only recently joined us, Jake has already proven to be a tremendous asset. His ability to install products with professionalism, efficiency, and ease makes him a standout on our team.

Jake is both a forward thinker and a dedicated worker—you can always count on him to get the job done with excellence.

Originally from Mississippi, Jake moved to Green Bay to be closer to his family, which is a central part of his life. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his children and taking on various odd jobs. His warm personality and strong work ethic make him a fantastic addition to our team.

Lauren Andrade joined our Budget Blinds family in late summer 2024, just in time to help launch our new showroom in Shawano. From day one, she jumped in with enthusiasm and a can-do attitude, always ready to assist wherever needed. Whether helping clients in the showroom or over the phone, Lauren approaches every task with professionalism, efficiency, and a smile.

Family is at the heart of everything Lauren does. She cherishes time with her husband, two daughters, and her newborn son. In her downtime, she enjoys reading, going to concerts, and indulging in good food (though she’ll happily leave the cooking to someone else).

We’re thrilled to have Lauren on our team, and we know you’ll love working with her just as much as we do!

Sara Wagner joined our Budget Blinds family in early fall 2024 and has been a wonderful addition to our Shawano showroom team. Working alongside Lauren, Sara helps keep the showroom running smoothly and is a welcoming presence for clients stopping in to explore products or schedule consultations. With her upbeat attitude and willingness to assist in any way, Sara brings warmth and reliability to every interaction.

A lifelong resident of Shawano County, Sara is proud to serve the community she calls home. Outside of work, she homeschools her two boys and enjoys spending time with friends and family. She’s also active in worship ministry, which gives her the opportunity to travel and share her passion.
