Blake Pool has worked in window covering design for more than 12 years. From brilliant blinds to chic shades to dashing drapes to sumptuous shutters, Blake helps homeowners and businesses find solutions that work well and look great! Before embarking on his window coverings business, Blake spent time in Corporate America in information security and risk management. The technical aspects of that field were great preparation for the similar challenges that window coverings often present – especially custom drapery! Although Blake has lived in Minnesota for 20+ years – a long way from his hometown of Lynchburg, Tennessee – it usually doesn’t take long for people to detect the remnants of his Southern accent. He moved to Minnesota for a corporate job, but the area quickly grew on him and he decided to put down roots here. In his spare time, Blake likes to travel (observing window coverings in their natural habitat), volunteer at his church, and engage in movies and cultural events.
