Master Retreat with 3 1/2" Plantation Shutters

Motorized Woven Wood Shades overlook golf course
Imagine waking up in the morning and pushing a button to raise all of the shades in your bedroom so you can stay in bed and watch the sunrise over the golf course. These woven woods are on a 5 channel remote control so they can be operated individually or together. This provided the perfect solution for these beautiful windows.

The white plantation shutters were the perfect choice with the beautiful red on the walls in this dining room. The divider rail in the shutters allow the lower louvers to be closed for privacy while leaving the upper section to provide light and a view out. The arched louver finishes the treatment on the arched window.

We warmed up this room by hanging stationary side panels by Lafayette on 3" wood rods with pinecone finials. The warm red tones in the drapery coordinated with those in the round rug under the table. These worked totether to give the room a cozy feel.
Solar Shades to control heat and glare while enhancing the view
These solar shades were used to give allow the homeowners to use their porch for dining. The late afternoon sun was tamed.
Roman Shades add color to the room
The roman shades on the breakfast room window created a casual, classic look. These shades can be lowered for privacy and light control or pulled up like in this picture to allow for an unobstructed view.
Large multil level shutter creates the focal point in this office
This large window presented several problems to the homeowners. There was no privacy, the sun was very hot and put a glare on the computer screen. All these problems were solved with this beautiful shutter. The motorized solar shades on the lower windows work to reduce the heat and glare. Notice the difference between the top windows (that are to be treated with Signature Series window film)and the windows covered by the solar screen. The glare and heat have been reduced tremendously.

The Murano soft fabric blinds in this breakfast room provide plenty of diffused light. These 2" horizontal blinds are a perfect choice. They can be closed for privacy, tilted to any openness to contol light or fully raised for a full view.
