Drapery Panels with Cordless Roller Shade
This customer wanted to keep the style of the room while adding style and insulation to their window. We added a cordless roller shade with a scalloped hem and gimp to give them privacy without blocking all the light. After we added drapery side panels with a thermal lining to allow for light and temperature control.
Fabric-wrapped Cornice and Roman Shade
Arnold Air Force Base was remodeling the lounge at the Wingo Inn on base. They wanted to ensure there was privacy and light control. We were able to accomplish this and add SO much style to the room.
These roller shades allow light to filter into the sunroom without sacrificing privacy. They are available in an open roll, as in the picture, or cassette head rail for a sleek look.

The shades shown here hang in the Alumni Gym (Volleyball) at Middle Tennessee State University. The glare from the sun hits the floor level below and negatively impacts player's vision. These shades block 97% of the direct sunlight, greatly reduce glare, and help with the energy efficiency in the building, as well.
Blinds - Wood
Wood blinds offer the beauty of natural tones and grains not available in faux material. Additionally, because wood blinds are half the weight of faux blinds, they may be the better choice where mounting options are limited or easy of lifting is desired. Our client chose Signature Series by Budget Blinds composite blinds for his new home. Composite blinds are made of polymer (PVC) and wood particals, resulting in product that is lighter weight and more insulating than faux wood material. The client's addition of white decorative tape hides the string ladder structure and enhances the appearance. Chose other tape colors and designs to tie in other room colors.

Shutters are "furniture for your wndows". They add class and beauty to any room in a manner that no other window treatment matches. Shutters provide great light control and serve as an insulator, as well. These master bedroom windows feature PureVu by Budget Blinds Monterey shutters. This product is made from engineered wood and is poly coated. Available in white shades only, it carries a lifetime warranty on colorfastness!

Our client wished to cover her very tall dining room window, including the transum portion. These PureVu by Budget Blinds Cameron (hardwood) shutters in the color "Linen White" feature a divider rail placed at the level of the transum, resulting in seperate controls top and bottom.

Arch windows are beautiful, but can be troublesome to cover! Our client chose PureVu by Budget Blinds Cameron (phoenix hardwood)shutters in the color "Oxford White" as her solution. Shown here is a 4-panel shutter with a seperate arch piece sitting on top. The arch panel is hinged at the bottom for easy access.

Our client chose PureVu by Budget Blinds Cameron (hardwood) shutters in the color "Alpine White" for her large arch windows. This product worked beautifuly, maintaining the integrity of the window shape. Also available in round, oval, hexagon, quarter arches, and angle top.

Shades - Cellular / Honeycomb
Cell shades are a decorator's friend! Use them to bring out color in a room, as a base treatment, or purely as a functional light filtering or black-out shade. The possibilities are endless. These patio door shades are created with fabric - Vela Glow, double cell.
Cellular (also called Honeycomb) shades are excellent insulators and light filters. Cellular shades are light weight and offer very compact stacking at the top of the window. Available in a rainbow of colors and a number of operating styles, this shade is one of the most versatile window coverings available. This great room window is created with fabric - Glaxy Rouge, double cell, with cream color accents. Our client placed these behind her pre-existing toppers.
Shades - Roller
Our client, a prominient local business, created this functional, but appealing look in their conference room. The base treatment is a Signature Series by Budget Blinds blackout roller shade in a golden coler, accented with hunter green fabric panels held back with gold tassels and topped with a navy print board cornice. This room is often used for video presentation, so the blackout shades serve a functional need as well as add to the elegant ambience of the room.
Sliding Panels - Solar
Solar shades are a simple solution for reducing the intense impact of sun on a room. Available in weaves that block from 80% to 97% of the sun's reays, these shades greatly reduce glare and help reduce cooling costs! These easy-to-operate sliding panels were installed in a local business office. Note that these shades do not block the view of the outside!
Cornice - Fabric, board mounted
Mounted fabric cornices offer a distince finish to most any window treatment. Place them over hard or soft treatments to accent both the base window covering and the room, as a whole. Valance - Rod pocket, fabric
Fabric "toppers" are an excellent addition to any hard window treatment. Place them over blinds, shades, and shutters for decorative accent. This "poof" valance is created in Capella Jewel.

Our client chose a Natural Wood cornice from the Signature Series by Budget Blinds offering to accent the fabric sliding panels we installed on her patio door. The beauty of the natural wood enhances the panels and the ambience of the room.
