Dear Tony, Thanks for solving the problems my wife and I thought we would have after we decided we wanted to give our windows a new look. First problem - We didn't have any idea whate we wanted, what was available or how much we would have to pay. You solved that problem by showing us an unbelievable selection of absolutely beautiful products which fit our budget. Second problem - Like most homes, the window openings are not square. Ours weren't. Your installer knew how to allow for this and to install our selection perfectly. Now we enjoy looking through our windows almost as much as watching TV! I purchased some window treatments from Budget Blinds of Naples a year ago with complete satisfaction. Recently, our new dog damaged two of the blinds beyond repair. I contacted Budget Blinds and they offered to replace the blinds under their "NO QUESTIONS ASKED WARRRANTY" This has now been done to my complete satisfaction.
