Barbara and Richard were always friendly and professional. Their prices seemed very fair and affordable. Richard even offered a discount coupon which brought the price down even more. I appreciated the house call, with them bringing in samples to look at in the room, rather than having to visit a store or showroom and try to figure it out. Richard discussed all options with us and helped us figure out what would work best and was sensitive to our budget. The blinds are working great for the purpose we bought them for (light blocking). One of the blinds ended up being defective, and Barbara and Richard coordinated to have the unit promptly replaced. They obviously care about their business and work hard. They were a pleasure to work with. I will definitely call them when I need other window treatments in the future.

From Yelp.com: From the moment I called and a friendly, helpful Jackie answered, to the unpretentious Michelle who came to my house and within moments had found exactly the type of blind I was looking for to Chris and Johnson, the exceedingly polite, quick and professional installers, I've had nothing but positive experiences with this locally operated group that's part of a national chain. I called them this morning b/c the blind was slightly tilted (not the install job, but the blind manufacturer's issue). I was told that this happens frequently, and they're out here within 3 hours. Now that's service! Worth every penny (and I'm a budget conscious person). And the blinds look fabulous. Pair these guys with the superb, professional service of Henderson and Daughters windows (they installed all our windows two years ago) and you've got your window experience covered!
