I wanted to drop you a note to let you know about my recent experience with Budget Blinds. As you may recall, I recently called you with the plan to order a new blind or have the damaged one re-strung after one of mine was damaged by a water issue on a window. After talking to you about returning the current blind for re-stringing you suggested perhaps we might want to use the "No Questions Asked Warranty" and have the blind replaced. We chose to replace the blind on this one time per blind warranty and within 10 days a new blind arrived at our door. There was absolutely no cost, not even shipping charges. The water issue could have ended up with our needing to purchase a costly new blind but that was not the case. I cannot tell you how happy we are with our experience in doing business with both of you and the Budget Blinds company. I will definitely be recommending you to others. Thank you again for the great product and for your help and assistance.
