I can highly recommend Budget Blinds based in Rocklin, CA. I had another quote for blinds and shutters that came in considerably higher than Budget Blinds, and the wait for them would have been much longer. Gary came out for the initial visit with his samples, and with his assistance I was able to choose our blinds and shutters easily. We needed blinds and shutters for our whole house and Gary had it all measured up perfectly in no time. Chris came out to install everything and it was very impressive to see how organized he was. He worked very quickly and had all the blinds installed in no time and left everything looking just perfect.
